Puffy Velvet
Puffy Velvet Fabric Markers are a water based pigment ink pen which creates a puffed surface finish (similar to liquid applique). To use, draw your design on paper, card or fabric. Let the ink dry before heating to achieve a uniform effect. Then, pass heat tool back and forth over design until paint pops up. For optimal effect, make sure the surface is clean and uniform. If used on fabric, your designs can be washed but in a gentle cycle with mild detergent warm water, then line dry (not suitable for dry cleaning).
