We are a mail order and internet based craft supplies company, committed to bringing you products at the most competitve prices. We love crafting but think it's too expensive sometimes, so we're trying to give you the best deals we can. We've been in business since 2003 and we are continually expanding our range so check our New Products section regularly.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You are then redirected to the Worldpay payment gateway to make your payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and JCB through our merchant provider Worldpay as well as Paypals.

Postage and packing
Our delivery charges have been revised and are as follows:

Free postage on all orders
All orders £30 and above will be sent recorded delivery (at no extra cost to you)

Please note:
There is a minimum order charge of £10
All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class
Orders under £30 can be upgraded to 1st class recorded for 75p.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Orders returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus the Royal Mail postage costs.

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at present. Any orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be refunded minus the credit/debit charges incurred by us for processing and refunding the payment.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch orders same or next day on weekdays. Order received over the weekend will usually be dispatched first thing on Monday morning.

Back Orders We endeavour to keep the website updated to show the correct stock status for all our products. Occasionally we will be unable to supply an item for you in which case we will refund the cost or contact you to discuss alternatives.

Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. Channel Island customers can select the 'VAT exempt' tickbox in the checkout to have the VAT deducted from their total.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All products are supplied with their normal manufacturers warranty.

Privacy Policy JillCraft do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy UK law states that you are entitled to a 'cooling off ' period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without reason and return it within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund excluding the postal charges. Goods must be returned AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs must be unopened and intact. The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office. JillCraft are not responsible for the loss of goods during transit.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of the cancellation date.

We will acknowledge and deal with any complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible and will endeavour to resolve any dispute within a specified timescale. We will keep you informed of the progress at all times.

Remittance Terms All orders paid for by Paypal or credit/debit card via Worldpay are dispatched within 1-3 days depending on stock levels. Items unavailable will be back-ordered or refunded at the discretion of JillCraft.
